Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, including:
Opened or used toys
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Customized or personalized products
Please note: We do not accept returns on perishable goods, intimate products, or hazardous materials.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email Returns at Returns@beansie.co with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to officially post.
Reach out to your bank, as processing delays can vary.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. Email us at [your support email] with a photo and your order details, and we’ll assist with an exchange.
Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was a mistake with your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive items that are lost in transit.
